What is the warranty policy?
We provide l-year permanent warranty for all parts of PHLUMAelectric bikes. lf the brake needs to be replaced, we will send youa new one. As for the bicycle frame, we provide a 10-yearwarrantyfor it.
How many hours does it take to fully charge the PH003 ebike?
It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge PH003 with a 4A charger.
What is the maximum range of PH003?
The maximum range of PH003 is 80 kilometers in
pedal-assisted mode and 40-60 kilometers in full electricmode. (The range will be affected byload, road conditions,and weather)
How fast can PH003 run?
